Non-Profit Organizations/Clubs/Foundations – Caramore Community is interested in partnering with other local non-profit organizations to form strong bonds that assist both organizations in achieving goals and serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Our organization looks forward to providing support and joining with others to achieve mutually beneficial goals.  We can partner on events, special projects, fundraising activities, exchanging skills and other community service ventures.

Religious Institutions – Caramore is a faith-based community. Founded on decades of devoted service to the SPMI adult community, we continue to provide There is nothing more rewarding than finding common ground between religious communities that allows both to enhance their impact. We work with local religious institutions to provide mutual support services between our clients and congregations. Our clients attend local churches, synagogues and mosques. In addition, local religious institutions contribute to our mission by employing Caramore clients for cleaning and landscaping services.

Businesses- We assist businesses by providing an excellent source of employees and contracting for cleaning or landscaping services. Our Caramore clients also work alongside other employees in local businesses while receiving on-the-job training, daily living skills support, and personal guidance through our programs.  Businesses benefit by gaining Caramore partners in supporting employees as they learn new skills and help grow businesses.  Local businesses can become partners not only by employing our clients but also supporting our residential community through product/service donations, event sponsorships, or employee volunteer programs.

Individuals- People are the core of Caramore.  We know that living in an integrative, community-based program is a useful tool to reduce the stigma of mental illness and in turn boost client self-esteem. Caramore offers a haven for those with SPMI to thrive and recover. In addition to our ongoing programmatic assistance, the needs of our clients span social, emotional, and physical needs. We are continuously seeking individual volunteers to work with us to provide support services including; assistance with transportation, helping to provide social events/celebrations, decorating residential units, teaching skills/arts/crafts, or just spending some time visiting.
